First reading: Ordinance requesting a 0.5 foot side setback variance to permit construction of an aluminum overhang over an existing open patio with a 7.0 foot side setback whereas a 7.5-foot side setback is required and a 19 foot, 9 inch rear setback whereas a 20-foot rear setback is required per Section 106-304 (c) & (e) of the City of North Lauderdale code of ordinances within a Residential Multi-family (RM- 10) zoning district.
