I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Rich Moyle on his retirement and to extend heartfelt gratitude for the many years of serving as his former City Clerk. I would also like to congratulate Regina Martin and wish her much success during her term as Commissioner of District C, as well as extend congratulations to Commissioner Samson Borgelin for running unopposed for an additional four year term as Commissioner for District D.
